Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mcafeefreedomsupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
